  • If you require urgent attention you will always be seen promptly however this may not always by your regular doctor
  • If you need to cancel your appointment or, no longer require it please cancel this 2-3 hours before your scheduled appointment time or you may incur a fee

Most practices throughout NZ are members of a Primary health Organisation (PHO) who receive funding from the government to provide health services to their communities. By enrolling with our practice, you will benefit from these services and reduced charges. Enrolment is free and voluntary, however if you do not wish to enrol you can still be seen at our practice but the cost will be higher as you will be classed as a casual patient.(Capacity to see casual patients however is very limited).

The Ministry of Health website has a guide to the eligibility criteria for funding enrolled patients. Eligibility for non New Zealand residents funding is dependent on your work visa status.
